The camera is the worst I've seen in years. The s23 had the best camera. The 24 camera shakes bad when zoomed in just a little

It's great to hear from you! We see that you are reaching out concerning your S24. We recommend trying out the PRO feature on your camera app. Pro Mode gives you full control over your photos and videos. You can manually adjust settings like ISO, shutter speed, and exposure levels, apply filters to express your style, and tweak white balance settings to suit different lighting conditions. If what you are experiencing continues, please reach out to us at Samsung Support for additional assistance. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/Twitter-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community
Samsung sends messages and advertisements to your phone at all hours with the user having no control or ability to disable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ads can be really intrusive, especially when they keep popping up on your screen. In most cases, if not all, pop-up ads are caused by a third-party app you recently installed. It is time to get rid of these pop-up invaders and get your phone and peace of mind back. Pop-up ads have nothing to do with the phone itself. They are caused by third-party apps installed on your phone. Ads are a way for app developers to make money, and the more ads that are displayed, the more money the developer makes. This is why some of them are so persistent. You can get rid of pesky ads in a few steps. Please take a moment to review, "Get rid of pop-up ads on your Galaxy phone" when you have the opportunity to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your device. If you have any questions for us afterward or if you would like any further assistance, feel free to contact Samsung Support. Thank you for being a steadfast Samsung customer. - Debra
This phone is really good! Battery, especially, is surprising. I usually have it wireless charging in my car, to and from work. I don't have to plug it in at home. I average about 10 hours of screen on time, every day. I just wish I had the 512 GB version. I accidentally order the 256 GB, even though Samsung offer the 512 GB for the same price.
Going back all the way to the 1990s. This has been the absolute worst phone I've ever owned it's been a problem since day 1. Group messages didn't work I had to do a bunch of hoop jumping to figure it out 2 days ago text messages wouldn't work. I sat on the phone 3 hrs while they figured it out. Now yesterday the internet/data stopped working 3.5 hrs I sat on the phone till they had a network engineer figure it out. Do not buy this phone it's garbage

Hey Jeff, Thank you for finding the time out of your day to share your sentiments with us about your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to provide the very best products with superior functionality on the market to our customers. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. We also offer Samsung Care+ that can be added to eligible devices that would offer you the ultimate peace of mind when it comes to your protecting your investment. Samsung Care+ comes in handy for those unfortunate situations in life like leaving your device behind on public transportation, having it stolen, taking an unexpected dip in the neighbor's pool, to dropping it and shattering the screen while bringing in groceries. Plus, having over 700 authorized repair locations to take your device to helps you get back to what you love most in life. If you are having trouble sending or receiving text messages, or they seem slow, it is usually an issue with the carrier or its service. Other times, iMessage may still be enabled if you just switched from an iPhone, which could make texts get stuck in limbo. Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or have a slow network connection. This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. At peak times or in busy areas, towers may become overloaded, slowing down mobile data access. Make sure you verify your account is in good standing and service is active with your carrier. Some carriers may slow data access once you have reached a certain limit, or data may be slower in certain areas. Contact the carrier to learn more. For your convenience, I have included a few resources that may help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your device. Feel free to check those resources out when you have the availability to conduct some troubleshooting on your device. If you have any questions for us or if you would like any further assistance, feel free to reach out to Samsung Support afterwards. We'd be more than happy to assist you further. Thank you for being a trustworthy Samsung customer. - Debra
