[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son wanted to get me a new phone for my birthday and asked me what I wanted...I chose the A36 5G and absolutely love it, everything about the Samsung brand phone is in my opinion the top of the line, highest quality and the ease of use with the interface is always provided because they actually know their customers and care enough to provide the ultimate in quality in their products, the apps especially the photos I take come out beautiful so much that my family always requests that I take all of our holiday and family photos. It's fool proof and makes me look like a professional photographer! Everything is so easily obtainable with my Samsung including the Ai options (which i have come to depend upon, seriously). Every electronic purchase that I make will forever be Samsung Brand. The value far exceeds the purchase price and any other brand (I've tried many over the years) bar none and I've always, Always go back to Samsung! Thank you for creating the perfect compliment to my life! It saves me an enormous amount of time, money and both are very precious as I have not alot of either. I highly recommend the Samsung brand to everyone especially seniors because of the very easily understood interface...and if you still get lost, just ask the Ai. I love how it learns my voice 2 n ebating on an upgrade(only for more memory really) but I am 100% satisfied with the A36...it's also very well engineered as i tend to drop it alot (arthritis) and it's still in perfect condition!

I'm happy with my decision, the phone been working good, not only to support my job, also for play games and watch my social media, when I have the time to do it

Great features, but complicated

It's a little complicated and came with things I wouldn't have downloaded myself. So I give it a good four stars

Being a new mom it was easy to use plus a lot of options in the setting. Not to mention all the different themes I can choose from. That's why I choose Samsung every time I buy a new phone now.
