Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this phone for the ease of use and the price. I am mostly happy with it but still have occasions where the person I'm phoning doesn't have very good reception, this has continued after a service upgrade.

Hello Lablover,
The Galaxy A36 5G combines a vivid Super AMOLED display, optical image stabilization, and IP67 water and dust resistance. We’re glad its ease of use has been a good fit. For the occasional reception concerns, try restarting your phone and comparing calls with several contacts from different locations. If it happens only with one person, their connection may also contribute. If it happens across contacts, your carrier can check coverage and account settings, and Samsung Support can assist with device troubleshooting. Thank you for choosing Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will always get Samsung phones in the future. I chose the first Samsung phone because it was on special when I switched carriers and I fell in love. I have continued to upgrade exclusively to Samsung since that first purchase. I love that it has a cloud account, so all my data is saved in one place. I will always upgrade to Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first Galaxy device and definitely won't be my last. I chose the Galaxy a36 5G because of its price to performance ratio. I also love the AI experience with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Chose my A36 for obvious reasons because I just love Samsung But rite now I can't afford the S series. But hopefully soon. Ive had some sort of Samsung phone or product since I've known about it. I use my phone for everything and take it everywhere I go even the bathroom. Thank you Samsung for having so many great products. Good Bless you Samsung.
