I've owned it now for 2 years it's really great , the only frustrating thing is it won't stay connected to cell phone , this doesn't effect the range findings but it does the wind speed and direction

Bought my Z82 on Facebook marketplace love it no issues haven’t learned all of it’s capabilities and need to sync with my Garmin Approach but I’m a big believer in the Garmin products highly recommend

Not worth the money!

I bought this because of the wind speed and directions displayed on the viewfinder, however, it’s not accurate, not by a long shot. It would show 5 miles per hour winds when the wind is actually 20+ miles per hour. Another problem is very difficult to get reading from inside 60 yards. Also it’s top heavy, very difficult to to find pin!
I have been using Range Finders for over 30 years, this is by far the worst!

Almost perfect

So far it is great, other than I can't seem to get the green reading part to work. I have a premium membership, but I have played courses where the cart shows the green slopes and the Approach Z82 doesn't. Maybe I am missing a setting or something?
