Very Disappointing — Music Plays Publicly During C

I recently purchased the Studio N3 Pro earbuds, and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing.
First, the noise cancellation does not work as expected. I can still clearly hear surrounding sounds, especially while travelling or in public places.
Secondly, when I receive a call while listening to music, both the ringtone and music play at the same time instead of pausing automatically. Even worse, the music sometimes switches to speaker mode and plays out loud publicly, which caused an embarrassing situation for me while I was on the bus.
I expected better performance and smoother call handling from these earbuds. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them for people who rely on noise cancellation or seamless call transitions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working

The case stopped working after 2 months and I don't have a way to replace it. The headphones themselves are fine, but they ran out of battery and won't charge anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
