I needed a laptop to do some data entry and surfing the net and it meets my needs at this time. I did not need anything super powerful. I can use the item for streaming.

Already has problems, my hp laptop of 15 years runs better than this computer. Cant handle three tabs. The sound buzzes when you have YouTube on. Unusable.

I was not expecting a state of the art computer out of this one but the computer lags when trying to open the internet browser and can barely run a word processor. If you want a laptop to do something, this is not the laptop for you

Just recently bought it, but so far so good. I like the size of it. It works quickly. And is exactly what I need for day to day tasks.

Great graphics not much space

This is a smart looking laptop but it is definitely on the small side, in space and in size. There is a huge difference in the regular price from the sales price and the Merivale/Nepean Best Buy was quite inflexible on that. Quite a bit of the space is taken up by crap that the systems pretend that you need but if you have quite a few windows open, the lack of space (128 G's compared to 500 G's for a similar model in 2014) really slows things down.
Also wish I'd known that my printer was incompatible because of its age and that I needed to "lease" a new driver from HP. I'm a customer who does not like to get rid of things unless they stop working or are not supported and I like to interact with the person selling me things to make sure that I'm aware of what works best for me. Didn't happen at this store. I would have bought a refurbished one if the store carried them and will do so from elsewhere in the future.
On the plus side, great graphics, good camera and terrific battery.
