I just received the LifePro Mini Vibration Plate today and I tried it, it’s really good!
The plate is sturdy and has no damage. I used it for 10 minutes and could feel my muscles working. It’s a solid machine and I am impressed with the quality!

We’ve enjoyed using this plate daily since we got it! I got it primarily for the lymphatic drainage support, but have been surprised how calming it has been on my body as well. Looking forward to utilizing all the different ways to support our bodies with this vibration plate!
