I just got my item but tested it for 7 minutes on P02 settings. It works well and I feel like i run for 20 minutes in fast paced.

I’m only on day two of using this plate and I am IN LOVE. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year and have just pushed myself through the pain trying to stay in shape, working in healthcare and being a mom. Only one use and I woke up with basically no pain! Definitely recommending to everyone and I will be using daily!

Just took it out of the box tonight and set it up. Haven’t had the time to delve into all the features, but just stood on it for 8 minutes and enjoyed the overall calming it provided.
