My wife had been using a power plate at the gym, so I bought this for her and when she saw it she said that they didn’t do anything for her. So I am going to try it.

This machine helps my sore muscles after a morning of lifting heavy packages at FedEx. My legs feel so much better and I sleep like a baby at night. No more restless legs or pain.
