I feel like it is working on my lymphatic system and does not make my legs heavy going up the stairs. I also feel really tired and sleepy after using it. I think it is working. I started on the lower levels of 0-3 vibration.

I just got it and used it 3 times so far and I’m feeling good about it. Right now I am using it sitting down intil I get use to it for 15 minutes a day. Stay tuned!
