Was on it for 10 minutes at 50 today. Felt good afterwards. Hoping for better balance and core stability, stronger legs, and lymph drainage. We will see!

I’ve been researching vibration plates for a while and finally decided to try this one out. It’s amazing—our whole family is loving the mini plate! It’s too early to really tell how it’s impacting my stress or lymphatic system, but I feel great after using it even after only a couple of uses!
