I had a friend recently tell me about the benefits of using vibration plates and I was excited to ask for this as a Christmas gift. I just used for the first time, started on the lowest setting for 10 minutes and once I stepped off I could feel that my legs especially got a workout, my muscles were warm and it made my lower back feel a little better so I am excited to see what adding this into my workout routine will bring to my overall health.
