Looking for a way to combat bone loss from long-term steroid therapy. My doctor recommended the waiver mini vibration plate. He had procured one for his mother when she broke her hip and said he highly recommended it for me.

Bone density help

When I spoke with my doctor about the effects of long-term steroid therapy, our conversation naturally led to bone density loss. He said after doing research, he got a waiver mini vibration plate for his mother after she fell and broke her hip. He strongly recommended it as a preventative for me. I've been using it ever since.

Love my waver Mini! I purchased on as my "Christmas present to myself" on my chiropractor's recommendation. It's really helped my arthritis, balance and strengthened my leg muscles. What a great gift to a 72 year old! I'm also hoping for a positive reading on a bone density scan in 2025. Thank you for making a wonderful, affordable and easy to use product!
