I have used large vibration plates in my chiropractors office and this was almost as good. Considering the size of it and cost it is better than I expected.

Just tried my Lifepro waver mini vibration plate and, wow, after just 10 minutes on the lowest beginner setting, I can feel the effect on my muscles and joints. They feel warm and relaxed. I’ll pre-program my settings tomorrow to set up my daily routine/workout
