I have a Trimlite that I use myself and I just bought this Mini for my sister to use, she has COPD and has trouble getting enough exercise. She finds this gives her more energy. And, my daughter tried it when we were setting it up for her and just bought one for herself.

Just opened my box and very excited to try it out. I hope it helps relieve some joint pain and help with circulation. Toning up would definitely be a great benefit as well.

J'ai fait fonctionner le wavermini quelques minutes afin de voir si tout était fonctionnel et essayer les différentes vitesses. J'ai fait mon essai en restant debout et j'ai pu constater que la vibration pouvait être très intense dépendamment des vitesses. Il me reste à me monter un programme personnel mais il y a de l'information possible sur le site de lifepro. Bien contente de voir qu'il y a une garantie à vie.
