Just trying to find the videos

Manual says I can go to waver.lifeprofitness.com for a free library of videos, but instead it brings me to the Warranty page, which I already did, then forces me to write a revieqw. I'd like the machine more if I could get more guidance on using it and not jump through hoops to do something I was told I had access to.

Fun to use at my desk

I work from home, and use this between meetings. I sit for long periods during the day, so it’s nice to take a break and stand up to use this for short bursts throughout the day. I’ve not seen any muscle growth, or weight loss, but I have only been using it for 3 weeks. It seems like it would help circulation, especially if your job requires you to sit in front of a computer for a long time. I’m excited to see any great results. I’m not sure how long it takes to see any benefits, but it’s definitely fun, and doesn’t feel like you are working out. I use preset programs. 0-3 in the morning, and preset level 6-8 in afternoon.
