Due to being physically limited I can sit with feet on it and get a workout. I feel invigorated after use. My husband is also liking it for a daily routine! We’re hooked!!!

Love it! I wish I knew about Rumblex 4D

I got the Lifepro Waver Minii and it’s not so mini. It works great and solidly built. I am so glad I went with Lifepro as I I have purchased from them before and they have always provided quality products with a great warranty on this vibration plate. The YouTube instructional videos are so helpful. So Lifepro goes above and beyond to make sure you get a great product and instructions on using it for the best outcome. I hope in the future I can upgrade to Rumblex 4D

I logged on to see the fitness videos on how to use the plate but in order to view videos I was asked for a review. I cannot review what I've yet to try. Packaging was great though, product seems sturdy...suction cups on bottom are nice for hsrd wood floors.

This is a great product! It is not only good for circulation but to help me exercise my arms. I can watch TV while on my plate. I don't dread using it either!
