Out of the box ready to use! I bought this for increased bone density, improved balance, lymphatic drainage and improved posture. Reading the manual and looking forward to watching some videos and improving my overall health. First impression is the vibration is deeper than I thought from just my first few minutes to try it out.

I have a bad knee and shoulders, restless sleep patterns and overweight. This was easy on my knee. No shoulder strain from using the bands. Still new to it so hoping the better sleep will come and the weight loss will be noticeable.
