I’ve really been looking into vibration plates for a while. When I saw this wave mini I had to purchase it. Been using it daily via preprogrammed and have been enjoying benefits.

used first time and did it for 10 min. I have had brain surgery so balance is none existent . So i hold on to something close by while using for now. I can really feel it all the way up my back. Really looking for this to help with balance and keep blood flowing. Hopefully blood pressure down and bones stronger . Hoping to start to work on muscle building also which i struggle with after loosing lots of weight. Ill see and let you know how it is going.

jUST LEARNING ALL THE TRICKS. IT IS WORKING GREAT AND MY BOYFRIEND AND I ARE ENJOYING IT. HE SUFFERS FROM PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY AND WE ARE HOPING TO HELP HIS FOOT AND LEG RECOVERY.

It is fun...I bought it for health reasons... circulation, lymphatic, to energize me...but I found it relaxes me. My feet get twitchy at nite and this seems to help. Love it!

Great addition to your workout

This product was bought to work on improving my balance. It has become much more! I love adding this to my daily routine, it is challenging. When I need a pick me up after a long day on my feet this is my go to! The vibrating plate eases muscle ache and energizes the lower extremities.
