Having recently bought my Prolife Mini Waver, I can say with all honesty, that it is the best purchase I believe that I have ever made. I am an exercise novice, have am basically gyms but not comfortable within that space and I have been very lazy other than walking my dogs. Already I have noticed by using the machine for 15 minutes per day, I feel rejuvenated and look forward to each day and getting back into my exercise routine.
It is an amazing tool for my well being and hopefully losing some weight too.
I highly recommend the Prolife Mini Waver to anyone - so go out there and buy one!

I've had it about a week and I love the little buzz I get from it. So far I haven't done anything to heavy just more for the lymphatic drainage benefits but also to help loosen up my tissues in the morning. Its helped take some of the sticky morning shoulder issues I have when waking up. It's quiet and I hope it stays that way. It's pretty heavy which I didn't expect but that makes sense. The vibrations are easy to adjust to, at least at the lower levels so far, though i have noticed they are strong enough that I've noticed objects near by sometimes pick them up.

Hard to figure out

The instruction booklet is brief and not particularly helpful. There is minimal written description and mostly photos. When I increase the speed, nothing really happens. I got this to improve my bone density, but after using it twice a day for several months, there is minimal improvement, if any.
