My remote does nothing. Batteries are fresh and inserted in correct way. When I push buttons on the remote, there is no connection to the machine.

It was very easy to unbox and set up. I used for 10 min L1 and I already feel more energetic from the gentle oscillation. It feels so good and relaxing. I can’t wait to try it out on different speeds and settings.
