The remote doesn’t seem to work all the time, disappointed in that. Also manual included doesn’t give much guidance on how to use vibration plate. Hopefully the Free library of training videos is more helpful and informative:

I was using one on loan recommended by Osteopath but remote did not work. They said it stopped working long time ago. I ordered your brand instead and remote never worked, tried 3 different types of new batteries. Very cheaply made. Please send me a remote asap
