Whole body vibration workout

I added balance and strengthening exercises with the Waver Mini Vibration Plate. Initially, just standing on it at its lowest setting introduced a refreshing leg/knee/hip/lower body internal movement that feels like energy going through my bones and muscles. The manual has 12 workout pics that go through repetitions over 9 different speeds from beginner to advanced. If you are recovering from injury or have other medical conditions, check with a medical professional before you use this machine as you could further aggravate your condition if you’re not careful.
The Waver Mini comes with a remote control but no AAA batteries. Lifepro claims a number of unique health benefits that can be realized in-time, probably after several weeks and months of use. Improved balance for sure, increased bone density, lymphatic drainage, joint maintenance, muscle growth, even fat loss and cellulite removal. Only time will tell and results will vary based on age, physical condition and fitness level.

I purchased the sauna blanket a while back and it is great. I just got the vibration plate and will see but so far looks sturdy and is very good quality

My Life Saver

I suffer with Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Osteoarthritis where getting around in the morning is difficult from the pain in my lower back, hands and feet.
After using the LifePro for 15 minutes each day I am able to get on with my day with little pain and am able to bend my fingers and toes. I tell everyone I know about his this works for me and how it would work for them. My husband also uses it 15 minutes everyday. It’s my Life Saver..
