I’m loving my new vibration plate. So far I’ve just been using the low settings as I adjust. I find it very effective and notice a difference in my body when I step off. I feel lighter and more energized. I would recommend to anyone looking to support their lymphatic system.

Some go the Styro foam was broke in the box, will see if it works properly. Just got it so its kinda hard to review it right after opening.
