I have started very gently with only 3-5 minutes, morning and evening for 2 days and I already feel energized.
I'm very excited to see what it will do in the near future. For me, I'm not using it to lose weight, I'm in it to get my lymphatic system to flow.

Seems like a very sturdy machine both my husband and I have spent a little time on it. I am 145 pounds, He’s probably 198. No issues at all. Still learning how to do exercise exercises but overall positive experience.
