I just received the mini life to vibration plate. It was easy to set up and start using it. When my back hurts I get on the vibration plate for about 15 minutes and feel so good afterwards. It also helps with my restless leg.

I've had a waver for several months. I LOVE it. I kept telling my husband I thought it would help him with his neuropathy and mobility issues. He tried mine briefly once and decided he didn't like it after a couple minutes. I told him there was a Black Friday deal on the waver mini and, again told him I thought it would be good for him. He agreed, I ordered it. It arrived yesterday. He used it for a 15 minute session from his chair and liked it. I hope it helps him.
We are confused that it is the same size as my waver. I am disappointed because we thought it would take up less space and be easier for him to move around.

Just got it a few days ago and its taken my ankle and leg and feet pain its also helped on my lower back so far im loving it I've already told multiple people to go buy one ,
