I bought the life pro waver mini because my parents already have the larger one. I had tried it a few times and did notice I felt better after using it. I work in the service industry and my lower back and legs are constantly being worked out/ in pain and this really does seem to help relieve some of that pain and create movement in my body in a way it needs.
