I just got this machine and I’ve only used it a couple of times but so far I find it really helpful in cleansing and reducing water retention. The online workouts are great.

I've only had this for 4 days, but it seems well built and easy to use. I got the mini due to space constraints and wanting it lighter. I was worried about being too noisy to the floor below me, but they either don't hear it or state it is minimal.
