I’ve had it for about a half hour and used it for 10 minutes. My muscles definitely feel worked out and my fat was jiggling to no end. I think it will be great!

Chose this waver mini over many other vibration plates and do not regret it! First off great quality, it feels like I'll be able to get use of it for a very long time! Sleek and easy to lift and move into a different room if I need to. You just can't go wrong with a brand that offers lifetime warranty!
