Got this as a Christmas gift. I did the enclosed workout to start. It was great! Wanted this to help bone density and improve balance. We’ll see if it helps.

We received as a gift. We both need to increase bone density and lower blood pressure. So far so good. It feels amazing on my joints and my husband’s neuropathy. This was recommended by my health practitioner for my osteoporosis.
