My detox machine/ exerciser

Beings I just got it, I haven’t gotten to use it but once. I’m going on vacation and when I get back I’m hoping it will help drain the excess fluids in my body and help me to become more stable as I’m a 71 year old woman with lots of swelling, arthritis and fibromyalgia. I also have knee pain and back pain.

We received this as a Christmas gift and just opened it today. It will power on and count down and do all the things except it won't vibrate

Great product

Enjoy the ease of using, great size for your feet. I am a senior and bought it to help with balance and hopefully bone density. The range of speed is great. Have soreness in my knees but this machine doesn’t bother them.

I had been using my daughter's vibration plate for a few days and I really liked it. So I decided to get my own. Perfect to get my body back in to shape and also help with my sciatica and back pain.
