The can itself is sturdy,

The can itself is sturdy, but the inner rectangular piece that holds up the wooden top has to be tucked around the inside of the can with a liner. It's fiddly and I feel ridiculous spending this much time on my trash can. I wouldn't buy it again.

Nice looking!

With my husband's allergies, etc., we have Kleenex boxes throughout the home, and finding this trash can (purchased the walnut/black), our living room no longer has the appearance of a convalescent home. The dimensions work well for him, and the style works well for me!

The only thing that could be improved is that the lid falls into the bin a little too easily. Why not put a little indented rim in the bin for the lid to sit on top of? Otherwise, it's great.

I bought this because it fits the decor of my home office and I like my other Yamazaki products. The can is solid and looks like the photo. I have had it for a couple weeks and so far I like it.
The order colors were confusing, it is not brown, it is black.
