I live in Maine and get lots of snow. I also have two wood decks and multiple walkways that need to be cleared.I wanted something that was easy to start and easy to push and wouldn't damage my decks. I previously purchased a very similar electric snowblower from another brand but hated dealing with the power cord. So far I really like this Westinghouse rechargeable snowblower. It was very easy to assemble. It took 5 minutes to attach the handle and rudder for the snow shoot. It worked very well and I was able to clear everything I needed to and still had battery power left (about 3 hours). It did a great job especially considering the snow was compacted from being walked on and not 'light & fluffy'. I'm very happy with my purchase so far.
Went together easily. Tried it for the first time on 10 inches of new snow . Did fine, bogged down a bit on the older snow underneath. Handle doesn't adjust, not sure a taller user would love it. I'm only 5'3...
Cord inside handles is too long, doesn’t allow to connect mid handle to lower part.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I ordered a few weeks back haven't had a chance to use due to snow melted, but from watching the video of this snow blower I'm sure I made a good decision to purchase. We have more snow coming so I will soon get a chance to use it
As a senior citizen, I was pleased that the snow blower was easy peasy to assemble. Started right up. Batteries didn't take long to be ready to go. It was a little difficult for me to push but we had a lot of snow and I do mean a lot. It certainly beats shoveling.
