I have used the snowblower once after a snowfall of 1" and it worked well. However, the serial number is impossible to locate.

Super fast delivery and basically assembled. Getting the hitch/cotter pin into the lower chute crank and back of the housing is a chore of sorts. The width of the housing tube means that you need to be careful with a tool to open the pin but not too far. The rest of assembly is a breeze. Looking forward to getting this outside.

We have problems with it. My wife was using and it just stopped. I took everything apart that I put together to double check everything. Battery is fully charged , I attempted to try in the house and it would not spin. After a bit of cussing, etc. I found that if I manually spin it will work for a shot period of time then stop. Do not believe this is the way that it is supposed to work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
