We were excited about our new snowblower and couldn’t wait to use it. After using it twice the blades don’t spin and I smell something burning. I immediately stopped using it because the blades stopped spinning. What a waste of hard earned money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just got it yesterday and have used it once. It assembled easily. It worked really well with the normal size amount of snow, 3-4 inches. I tried to do a pile that was about a foot high and I could tell it was to solid and high so I stopped tight away. The only issue I noticed was my thumb began to ache from having to hold down the button to keep the machine running.
I love that it is very light and even a child can handle it. I wish it came with two sets of batteries since it uses 2 at the time. Don't get fooled that you have a replacement battery. No! It uses both of them, that's why it says 48V. (2 batteries x 24V each)
Update! I used it this morning and my god was it a worth it purchase. I didn’t expect it to work as well as it does for its size. I would definitely recommend buying this for anyone in your life
I brought the Westinghouse wireless snow shovel for this winter's snow storms. This product literally saved my back. Now, I'm also able to do my neighbor's house.
