We bought this for the storms we get in Ohio. We live in a small town under Cleveland. I have used it a few times. It came with all the things you need. I did NOT have to get the battery’s or the charger. It was all together! It is easy to use. I’m not a young man any more. I’m 49. Guys are stubborn. I don’t want to hurt myself out there with just a shovel. So this year I wanted this tool. I am really glad we have it. It is awesome.

I bought it a week ago. It work is great. I use it for snow. I suggest anyone to get the same one special with this a lot of snow

Our’s arrived just in time for a snow storm! I’ve used it twice today, it worked great! Very easy assembly too.

I bought on my 84th birthday Dec7 and it took to long for delivery I got on Dec 12. - Fedx did a great job delivering it to my door. On sat the 13th I got someone to put it together.
Now I am waiting for another snow storm to try it out. I will not approve it until I get to use it sorry about that
