Assembling the snow blower out of the box

Some minor gripes: I have not been able to find the serial number on the snow blower. The only thing that looks like a serial number is on the box. Your online documentation showing the serial number location does not apply to the corded electric models!
I was able to assemble the blower from the included instructions, with one exception. I have no idea how to use the power cord clamp. The only illustration in the documentation is inscrutable. Is there, by chance, better documentation available online?
No snow yet, so have not been able to test the product in its intended use...

Great price and perfect size

Haven’t gotten a chance to use it yet. Easily assembled and extremely lightweight. We don’t have much of a winter very often but, it’s snowing now and the unit will be tested shortly. Stay tuned for update.

I thought it had an adjustable shoot but it doesn't direction's say to tilt left or right, will see how that goes

I received this as a gift. Had a little trouble putting the handle on because the wires were interfering. Once I figured it out. It was a breeze to put together.
