I bought WSnow23 not WSnow23c. No box to check for just 23 one. So ??? Used once. Never finished driveway. Stopped working. Thought frozen. Thawed out. Checked connection. Nothing. Otherwise worked great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a WSnow11SD last week. Works great on steps and small patio spaces. Assembly was easy. I like the locking handle knobs and light for night shoveling. Light weight and easy to operate. Westinghouse should state in BOLD Type in the Manual, page 2, Product Registration: "NOTE: Serial Number may be located on the Shipping Box. Use this S/N that starts with 11S to register your product or call..."
Just bought a WSnow23 snow blower. FIRST: Westinghouse needs to state in BOLD Type in the Manual, page 2, Product Registration: "NOTE: Serial Number may be located on the Shipping Box. Use this S/N that starts with 23S to register your product or call..." Assembly: Overall pretty easy. But there were 2 issues: Issue 1. Two small metal washers in the parts bag that had 6 screws and 2 tube clamps, for the tube frame and axle assembly, were not identified or how to use them. Only place the 2 washers could be used are with the 2 screws that attach the tube U frame to the auger box, last step of "Installing Tube Frame and Axle". Issue 2. The small screw that connects the discharge chute lower rod to the upper rod was short. No "nut" was included, part "D" in Figure 12, "Installing Discharge Chute Connecting Rod." The Screw barely went through both sides of the rod. Suggest a longer screw and "locking" nut be included. The lower chute rod connecter screw also barley went through the lower rod and connector. Suggest using a screw and "locking" nut vs. just a screw similar the previous suggestion. 4 Stars due to the assembly issues. We will see how is works at pushing our next snow. Great idea for an electric snow blower. Even has Lights for night snow blowing!
