Great for desktop

I use this to create more surface area on my desk. I have a set of small size Yamazaki book ends on top, which hold a set of books together on top of this shelf, and underneath I keep it as open, empty working space. It's finished in a grainy/matte black texture which I like very much; no fingerprints, looks sophisticated, fits into any decor. It's a nice heavy steel that comes with rubber grippers fastened to the bottom corners, prevents damage to my glass top desk. I think this piece is too pretty actually to hide away behind a kitchen cabinet!

Perfect kitchen shelf

Very sturdy, well-made shelf for our kitchen counter. There are four low-profile grips on the feet to prevent movement. I like that the design of the shelf surface has a slight lip around the edge, so that it's harder for things to accidentally slide off. Now wishing we had gotten another!

bought 2 of these for my office. one sits perfectly on my desk, creating a shelf for my computer dock and external hard drive. the other resides in my office cabinet creating a shelf to put smaller items under and on top. Love these. Well made and looks modern.
