First time i used the rower i was thinking it wasn't much of a work out,,but few hours later i could feel the results. Easy to use and easy set up. The only real improvement would be better computer screen or maybe backlight, hard to see on low light conditions

We really have found this to be a great low impact workout. There was little to assemble so we were rowing right out of the box. The food up for storage is a nice space saving feature.

I purchased this rower for some Cardio work. I bought the one which had 15 different selections as for the difficulty. I was somewhat disappointed the first few times I used it but it did in fact become more difficult to row after a few times. I love the way it works as my wife and I are both able to use it for workouts. And it is able to stand up and take up very little space when not being used. Thank you Sunny.

I wanted to return this item unopened and your company is terrible …. You made it all but impossible…. I will tell anyone and everyone not to ever buy your products …you should be ashamed of your business practices

I am very happy with the rowing machine. I am getting good results.
The only comment I have is the screen showing the time, calories, count, etc. is dark and a little difficult to see.
Otherwise, I am very happy I bought it.
