Disappointing Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the price point, you may expect a higher quality level. But sadly, that is not the case. Mine arrived with some damage to the white metal, and the omni-directional wheels are either faulty, or aren't truly 'omni-directional' as the rolling mechanics are rough to say the least. I have a few Yamazaki items and this is the first time I'm utterly disappointed.

Ideal and flexible storage for small spaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] good! fits plenty, love the narrowness. wheels could roll a tiny bit better but not a big deal because it's not meant to be rolled around all the time. like that the handle can be attached in either orientation.
