I have not been able to load tissues it this elegant looking holder so that they continue to pop up. It is incredibly frustrating. I followed the instructions carefully with a box of Puffs tissue with absolutely no success. I have searched online for helpful videos, but no luck. I am so disappointed.

Looks great but the tissues don't pop up.
