I tried one belonging to a Friend and loved it, so I ordered one. The packaging was the best I have ever seen and the instructions were clear as a bell. I assembled it myself with no problems whatsoever. It is a solid piece of equipment and I am looking forward to reaping the benefits using it will afford me. There are no written instructions for its use, but the video at www.youtube.com/sunnyhealthfitness shows exactly how it is done. I am very impressed with this company!

Well worth the money. Does all it supposed to do. Light weight, built sturdy and best of all you don't have to plug it in.

Love this machine! It's easy on my knees and gives me a great workout! I'm 5 ft and have no problems using this machine. It's hard to find a machine that fits me and I'm so happy I found this one!

Easy to use and I can feel my body getting stronger each day! The tension goes up to level 12. I'm still working my way up from level 3!

I need some directions on how to use this machine. Online directions are only for the other one. I'm not sure how to change resistance and what are the straps on the handle for.
