I received this last week and I love it. Gives me the workout just like they said. I switch every other day between this and my RW5623 Rowing Machine
I get really bad leg cramps called nocturnal leg spasms and since I’ve been doing the exercises on both I have not had them. These spasms are not like Charlie horses you get in your cafes. You can literally see the spasm move. Once it has gone it leaves me exhausted they wake me out of a dead sleep.

The Instructions for putting this

The Instructions for putting this piece of equipment together are vast, especially when someone is looking for something out of the box with a few tweaks, and then all systems go. That being said, we haven't had a chance to put this together as of yet time wise because of its complexities, so we are hoping the results we get when we do finally get it together will be worth it.

I love, love, love this machine. It is everything the company said. Durable, easy to use, quiet,and you can feel it working from your 1st squat-row! Imma be so fine next summer! I love it over alll my other exercise equipment. thank you.
