I love this machine!! I get a full body workout, and I love that I can adjust the resistance. It was easy to assemble. My home gym is getting better!

Gym workout at home

Needing to do squats to strengthen my back and legs and this machine does that and more. Smooth movement and I can feel the impact of it everywhere on my body. When I opened the box, I was overwhelmed with the assembly needed, but after looking further, it really wasn't that bad. The instructions were good and all the parts were there. Took about two hours for me, but was totally worth it.

Great buy! Easy to assemble, it looked intimidating but was simple with the by step instructions! First workout was light, did about 150 squats, definitely felt a burn and gets the heart rate up! Can’t wait to go at it again!

It is actually a fun piece of workout equipment. I actually enjoy watching the videos and “attempt” to follow the coaches; I say attempt because although it’s a fun machine it NO DOUBT is kicking me in the butt every time I use it! Thank you Sunny fitness for making the healthy choice an affordable one too!
