I have had this for a week now and love love love it! It is silent and offers terrific resistance. I feel this all over. The movement is easy to accomplish.
It was easy to assemble and I’m a 63 year old lady. You will be exercising within the hour.
I highly recommend this machine for all ages and fitness levels.

So far, I love it! It was so easy to assemble. I did it myself. The tools were included, nothing extra needed. The instructions were very simple and took less than an hour. The equipment itself seems very sturdy and easy to use. I like it most for the stretch it gives my lower back but it is a good workout. I can feel it everywhere! I'm happy I decided on the pro with hydraulic adjustment as opposed to the version with the bands.

I was very happy with the easy assembly. I’m 70 years old and don’t have the greatest eye sight, the instructions were easy to read and follow. The price of the machine is reasonable. I have been working out almost every day. Got my seat adjusted and away I go.
