Not a bad vacuum. But a few issues I would have liked to know about before buying. Very small dust bin. Filter requires frequent washing and 24 hrs to dry before smother vacuum session. Instructions are for illiterates. I am not so I had a lot of problems understanding them. Battery life was ok. Easy to use.

I find it hard to release the main motor piece to the long tube. I have arthritis and can't pull both sections at the same time. It fills easily and I have to empty many times. It is, however, lightweight and maneuvers easily. I totally LOVE that it's cordless. The sound is not bad at all.

Not that impressed with this item. Must use the max setting to correctly clean my carpets, thus, item must be charged numerous times before I'm done vacuuming: takes hours to do my house.

Bought this recently. Really like it. But it needs to come with a spare battery or at least information to get another battery.
Suction is really good, but 6 minutes on high is a little hard to manage your clean up and then wait an hour for recharge.
Love the tool. Needs help with battery. Heck, most battery operated tools let you purchase a spare to keep your tool operational!

I had a Dyson 8 before my last apartment burned in the Palisades fire. I purchased other household items to clean floors and other surfaces, but the Dyson 9’has every functional attachments I will ever need, with great suction to tackle all my dusty windowsills and floorboards.
I can also use the smaller version to vacuum my car. The is the best cleaning device I’ve used. And the battery lasts long enough to clean all surfaces at once. And the main barrel of the vacuum is easy to release and dump out the dust and hair. It also charges fast.
I love it. The suction is strong for this type of vacuum. And it’s ergonomically designed, colorful and easy to use.
It’s perfect for me.
