This thing clogs up a lot faster than our V7, which we had for several years and only experienced 5 or so true clogs. I have already unclogged this 15+ times in the first month of using it. It really doesn’t little bits of paper, twist ties, etc. like the old machine could. The suction power is good overall and the button for that is amazing and intuitive.
The way it hangs on the wall is different from the V7. I used to have to pull up and out in an arcing motion. This one is straight up. I keep wanting to rip it off the wall. Sad they changed that. It was easier the old way.
Attachments are nice thought the pet hair type attachment really does nothing for the husky hair we battle. The battery time is good and it maneuvers easily though I’d like longer and thinner attachments.

I got my vacuum as a Christmas gift. As far as functionality goes, it does the job really well. The only downside is that the 40-minute usage time allowed by the battery is kind of not adequate. I have to recharge one more time to finish the entire house.

I generally like this vacuum. It picks up dirt very well. It maneuvers seamlessly. Have never even needed more powerful mode. It’s lightweight. On the downside it’s hard on the arthritis in my hand to constantly hold power button. It doesn’t snap in place to stand on its own so you can move something to vacuum around. Also I miss having a light so I a see dirt in dark room (ie. laundry room)

Wish I could have kept this. The suction is top notice, just having to hold down the trigger button was not ideal for my wife and I. Did cause some discomfort

Light and easy to maneuver around. Easy to recharge and change attachments. Three-level suction power is easy to change, as the need for extra power does happen. Good investment, and I am enjoying it.

Have a Dyson FUll size vacumn but when I saw the V9 on a good sale we decided to try. I LOVE it. Same power as big vacumn but now to clean my carpeted stairs is so easy!! The top of vacumn removes and it is so light , we were amazed and quiet. Does not scare cat when I vacumn close by. Wish I had gotten one sooner

Our vacuum stopped working within two weeks of purchase. Using the app we were advised a new battery was needed. We requested the new battery since pir purchase was still under warranty and have not received a response. We are very disappointed in our purchase. This is most expensive vacuum I have ever purchased and am shocked by how poor the quality.

The best thing is that everything comes apart for easy cleaning. Lots of hair was wrapped around the motor bar but was easily cleaned because I took it apart and removed the hair with no problem. Would be nice to have a lock on the trigger switch to ease any finger fatigue. Would also be nice to have some type of mechanism at the universal joint at the bottom of the stick to keep the unit upright and standing on its own. Otherwise, a great machine.
