Could be a great machine?

I don’t like that I have to hold the power button with my finger while I use the machine. I also cant get the mop to get wet. I wonder if there is some kind of trick to it?

Wish I'd gotten one sooner!

Big Upgrade

Only had it a few weeks, but with a GSD in our house we vacuum every other day. This was added to replace an Omni-Glide which still works well but got demoted to duty in our trailer. The only negative is the single brush in the head isn’t “omni-glide” so it isn’t as maneuverable, it requires more effort to move exactly where you want. The good side is the head is as low as the Omni-Glide, I can still vacuum under the chairs without moving them, a big time saver, it just takes a little more work. Otherwise it is all upgrade, more power including 3 settings to match battery drain to work needed. I use the middle setting, 1 is pretty limp and 3 hasn’t been needed, yet. Other upgrades: more battery for longer use and a bigger bin to cut down the number of times that GSD’s fur needs to be dumped. Really pleased with my purchase.

Not enough power

I bought this almost a month agobecause it was on sale, I loved my animal cleaner but I’ve had to replace the battery a few times then eventually it wouldn’t hold the charge. This new vacuum doesn’t have the power that my old vacuum had unless you turn it onn high then the battery runs down fast.
I.don’t love this like my old one!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’ve had the Animal V8 for 6 years and been so happy. I was hoping an update would be the power trigger on the handle clicking in while in use-I dislike having to keep it pressed down. Mostly satisfied with the V9 Submarine so far. The device is more light weight and maneuvers extremely well. The mop feature is great though additional attention is needed when cleaning spots (I have two young boys and a dog) on the floor and the mop head change out and drying time can be an extra hassle. This is a device I use daily in my home.

Sucks for a short time-not worth price

Got this as a gift-was super excited, long-time dyson owner. The highest suction (which is the only one worth using) has a VERY limited battery life even on a full charge-disappointing!
