Suction and battery aren’t worth the price. I thought I was paying for a powerful vacuum but I am really disappointed. I had really high hopes for Dyson ☹️

The vacuum is wonderful. The battery however is another story. It only stays charged for about 45 minutes. If I had a big house with lots of carpeting it would take days to get it done.

That’s the third best Dyson I bought fantastic Broom speed is great suction is adjustable Wet mop is easy to work with and makes my tiles clean so clean I love it 👌

I love the lightness and how easy it is to maneuvre with the swivel head. Unfortunately the suction isn't as good as it could be and when I pull the vac back dirt that was sucked up falls back on the floor and it takes several attempts to pick it all up again. Perhaps there is a trick to the vacuuming technique, but there should not be such difficulties with a machine that costs so much.

Amazing home much “stuff” is on your floors and rugs. Cleans well.op feature is nice too. Doesn’t soak your floors but cleans Only negative is that the mop attachment is not easy to attach and remove

I bought this Dyson to replace one that I’ve used almost daily for years, it works well, it’s quieter than my previous V10 Dyson, but the collection cup is too small, it holds a quarter of what my V10 did. I will probably put this V9 in my Motorhome, it’s just not practical for a home with a pet.
